Designed to offer the easy workability of an oil-based stain, its medium-bodied, low-odor, low-VOC formula provides controlled penetration and rich, even color on furniture, cabinets, doors, trim, and other interior wood projects. The water-based formula cleans up with soap and water while wet.

For best results, prepare a clean, properly sanded wood surface and test the color on a sample or inconspicuous area before staining. Stir thoroughly before use, then apply a generous, even coat with a foam or synthetic-bristle brush, roller, pad, or suitable spray equipment. Work in manageable sections and wipe away excess stain with the grain. A second coat can be applied after the first has fully dried for a deeper color.

Allow approximately 2 hours between coats under ideal conditions; lower temperatures or high humidity will increase drying time. Finish with a compatible General Finishes protective topcoat, following the manufacturer's recommendation for three topcoat coats. Approximate coverage is 100–150 sq. ft. per quart depending on wood porosity and application technique. For interior use only. Color: Graphite. Size: 1 Quart (946 mL). Always follow the product label and technical directions.
