The MAS Deep Pour X Epoxy Resin System is a premium, 100% solids, two-component epoxy engineered for deep-pour casting, encapsulating, and molding applications. Mixed at a 2:1 ratio by volume, this room-temperature curing system allows pours of up to 3 inches thick in a single application, making it ideal for large castings while significantly reducing project time.
Its super-slow gel time and low-exotherm reaction minimize heat buildup, helping prevent cracking, yellowing, and air entrapment during cure. Once fully cured, Deep Pour X delivers a crystal-clear, glass-like finish with excellent resistance to scratching and long-term yellowing. The clear formula is fully compatible with a wide range of colorants and pigments, allowing complete creative flexibility for artistic and professional projects alike.
