Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 White Primer is a premium water-based primer designed for interior and exterior use on a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial surfaces. It offers strong adhesion, including on glossy surfaces without sanding, and can be used on drywall, wood, concrete, masonry, tile, aluminum, vinyl, steel, galvanized metal, PVC, and previously painted surfaces. Its high-hiding formula helps create a smooth, even base for your finish coat.

This fast-drying primer dries to the touch in about 30–35 minutes and can be topcoated in 1 hour, making it a great choice for DIY projects where time matters. It helps block common stains such as grease, graffiti, rust stains, light water stains, and tannin bleed from cedar or redwood. The dried film is mold and mildew resistant, rust inhibitive, and cleans up easily with soap and water.
