Rust-Oleum Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 White Primer

Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 is a premium water-based primer designed for interior and exterior residential, commercial, and industrial applications. This fast-drying, all-purpose primer delivers outstanding adhesion to glossy surfaces and powerful stain-blocking performance, trapping graffiti, grease, rust, tannin, creosote, and asphalt stains in the primer film.

Compatible with both oil and latex architectural paints, Bulls Eye 1-2-3 works on walls, ceilings, doors, trim, fascia, soffits, foundations, railings, and other paintable surfaces. The dried film resists mold, mildew, and rust while resisting high pH surfaces up to 12.5 and sealing most porous surfaces.
