Rust-Oleum Zinsser Peel Stop Triple Thick High Build Binding Primer

Zinsser Peel Stop Triple Thick Primer is a water-based acrylic binding primer that penetrates and stops previous coatings from peeling. Three times thicker than regular primers, it fills and seals cracked, weathered, and peeling surfaces for a smoother, more uniform finish. The white finish provides contrast for topcoat application.

Features excellent flexibility to allow natural expansion and contraction on wood and exterior surfaces. Use on interior and exterior surfaces including previously painted wood, wood siding, windows, baseboards, doors, fences, walls, foundations, laminated wood, trim, PVC, plastic, plywood, brick, stucco, masonry, concrete, plaster, aluminum siding, metal gutters, downspouts, galvanized steel, and fiberglass.
